Practice

I practice as a Barrister in England and Wales at 10 King's Bench Walk Chambers (0207 353 7742): http://10kbw.co.uk. Currently my practice is mainly in the South-Eastern Circuit (London and the South East of England). I am keen to consider instructions in the Midland and North Western circuits.

On 15th July 2019 I was admitted to the degree of Barrister at Law by the Honourable Society of King's Inns, Dublin and on 19th July 2019 I was called to the Bar of Ireland at the Four Courts in Dublin.

I have completed the necessary steps for public access authorisation in England and Wales and my practising certificate reflects this. As a result I am able to accept instructions on a public access basis where the instructions fall within my competence and where it is appropriate for me to do so.

I have been registered as a pupil supervisor in England and Wales since August 2018.

If you wish to instruct me on a public access basis please call my clerks on 0207 353 7742 to arrange an initial discussion. Instructing a barrister on a public access basis reduces your costs in that it is not necessary to instruct a solicitor as well. However, please note that if you instruct me on a public access basis you still have to conduct the litigation yourself which means that you have to file any applications at court and sign relevant documents following my advice. Not every matter is suitable for public access instructions and I may, in some cases, recommend that you speak to a suitably qualified solicitor.

I can be instructed through any SRA regulated solicitor who can contact my clerks.
